Order Processing
We begin processing orders at PERISCOPE immediately after payment is received. For payments made via traditional bank transfer, the processing time will be extended by the time required for the payment to be credited to our account.
Order processing times may be longer during promotional campaigns and holiday periods.
Once your entire order has been completed, your package will be packed and handed over to the courier company. Delivery time depends on the selected carrier, shipping method, and the recipient’s address. Typically, delivery takes up to 2 business days.
If you have chosen delivery to a Paczkomat® InPost parcel locker, your shipment will be delivered to the selected pickup point within a few (usually up to 5) business days from the date of dispatch.
A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when placing your order.
