Right to Return

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Please note that you may not use the product in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to examine its nature, characteristics, and functionality — just as you would in a physical store.

To exercise your right to return, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, physically received the goods.

The right to return does not apply in specific cases defined by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

If you return your order, we will refund the amount paid for the goods.

The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you agree to a different method.

The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the returned products resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Returning the Goods

Returned goods must be returned immediately, no later than 14 days from the date we are notified of the return.

The deadline is met if the goods are returned before the 14-day period expires.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
